Don't Let Annual Goals Stop Progress, Create Quarterly Goals
The 9 to 5 Rebellion
Good morning, Rebels!
Grab your coffee and settle in.

It's October and I'm thinking about my goals.
Not because the new year is approaching quickly, or another birthday has just passed me by.
Rather because I love to review, start, and analyze goals throughout the year - more specifically quarterly.
Most of us start the new year with goals and quickly fail, then sulk, then wait for the new year.
That's too much pressure! I know I fail at my goals regularly.
We're not perfect, so instead of going big and giving up, try going small and keep making progress.
Try quarterly goals - the year divides just as cleanly as annual goals.
Quarter 1 - The first week of January, plan your goals for the next 12 weeks.
Determine what you want to get done in 12 weeks, break it into weekly mini-goals, and get started.
Small steps!
Repeat for the next three quarters of the year.
If something didn't get done in the first quarter, add it back to the second quarter.
Keep moving forward - a fresh start every 13 weeks!!
13 weeks x 4 quarters = 52 weeks. Perfect!
Today is October 15th, you're only a week behind getting another round of goals done in 2022.
Start now!
