If you work for a company, especially a large company, don't forget about their employee benefits!

We’ve been lucky to work for pretty large organizations, but we’ve saved thousands (yes, three zeros) of dollars.

Rental car deals. Apple products and cell phone discounts. Mortgage advisor fees. Employee deals on merchandise.

The list goes on and on.

So as your bonus tip (and suggestion to do in the next 30 minutes), don’t forget to check your employee portal and see where you can save some more money!
